Description

Main Purpose of the Role
Is to achieve the sales and visibility targets in his area and ensure full achievement of core distribution in the assigned area or territory.

Main Responsibilities
• Accountable for the achievement of the set territory sales volumes, Real Internal Growth and Organic Growth target by category.
• Achieve the set coverage, core distribution and visibility targets in the assigned area.

• Ensure listing of new Stock Keeping Units and the achievement of their Point of Purchase objectives.
• Promptly communicate trade and competitors information to management.
• Ensure that the promotional program is implemented effectively and efficiently instore.
• Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date Fact Book that includes:
 - Sales Achievements vs. Targets for assigned territory.
 - Sales by Category/Brand/Stock Keeping Units/Territory.
 - Competitive and trade Information.
 - Updated Planograms by Category / Brand.  
• Ensure collection is made in line with Nestlé set payment terms.
     
• Develop proper relations and rapport with customers and account personnel.

• Ensure shelf and warehouse stocks are correctly audited, rotated (First Expiry First Out), and the short expiry issues are properly handled in line with company policy. 
      
• Submit and maintain proper customer records, sales activities and other required reports and forms, timely submission of travelling and expenses claims. 

• Work in accordance with the predetermined call plan.
• Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place on trade, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestle Instructions and local country codes.    
• Comply with Nestlé’s strictest requirements that Nestlé marketing and sales personnel will not seek contact with, or give advice to pregnant women, or mothers of infants and young children regarding Infant Formula in their business capacity.

Requirements to Apply:
  • Must be holding a Bachelor Degree in a business related field.
  • Having experience in sales or marketing is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic or English.
  • Having good interpersonal skills.
